We believe that great quality expressions should go for less. Great price, longer lasting products brought to you buy guarantee longer lasting products. Long lasting products saves time from continuous purchases of the same products. Confidencewear products are guaranteed for 15 days after the day it steals your heart and leaves your cart. In case of any issues within that time of loving your item, that item can be refunded or exchanged for a new heart stealer. “Final Sale” means final! Items must be returned in their original fashion. There will be no exceptions.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please assure you mind, and personality is set forward for all items marked SALE. We understand your frustrations, but please assure your sizes match, your taste is satisfied before checking out your cart.

In the case of returns, there will be a full Change of Heart inspection. A confirmation email will be sent to you to notify you that we have received your item returned. All items returned by purchaser will be fully inspected and a notification of acceptance or denial will be sent. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your method of payment within 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
